THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE SCANNER!!! IT'S ALL IN THE QUICKBOOKS PROGRAM APP. I STAYED ON THE PHONE WITH THEM FOR HOURS AND FINALLY GOT OUT OF THEM THAT THE PROGRAM WAS MESSED UP AND THAT THEY WERE WORKING ON IT, IT'S BEEN MONTHS AND NOTHING HAS CHANGED! SEEMS LIKE A COMPANY THIS BIG COULD HAVE IT DONE IN A COUPLE DAYS. THET JUST SELL PEAPLE THE QB PROGRAMS AND DON'T TELL THEM PARTS THAT DON'T WORK! THEY ARE NOT TOO WORRIED ABOUT THE SCANNER APP NOT WORKING!!
