I am also confused and frustrated about what QBO is going to do. I also need to file corrections and am waiting for instructions. I filed some clients returns with QBO because I thought it would be easier. The ones that used QBO have not received there mailed W-2 forms or their 1099 -NEC forms yet. I should have used another service such as tax1099.com. That service allows corrections. It seems that either way we have to manually print the client's corrected returns. So is e-filing even worth it? I am going to purchase 1099 NEC forms to send out the corrections.
