In addition, Intuit failed to notify their  customers that they chose to be non-compliant with IRS regulations and that their customers would be required to pay a third party to efile their 1099-NEC forms. So any claims the company makes about tax compliance and adherence to tax regulations are utter BS since they made the choice that their software would be non-compliant for the 1099 e-filing requirement and pawned it off on some third party. Since they chose to be non-compliant on this requirement, on what others will they be?
