Hello QB community,
Since QB is uninterested in solving CRITICAL issues, does anyone have alternative suggestions to QB. I'm sick of fighting with my app for control. I am sick of lousy customer service that seems to find as many ways as possible of preventing their customers from contacting them while encouraging customers to pay for support! As much as I dislike Microsoft, they have it together when you need IT support. Can't believe how far they'll go for a $150 annual subscription. Too bad they aren't your competitors!
