I have been using Quickbooks for our small flooring business since 2003. Currently using Quickbooks Pro 2020. Our business does not need payroll or HR services or monthly subscriptions. We do 1099s. I just hung up from sales when they told me I could get the desktop version for over $600 but would have to renew every year. I have always paid less than $300 and received support for 3 years. This is a horrible way to treat the most loyal customers. If anyone has a good option, please share!
