They will have a HUGE problem on their hands if that's the case. They are instructing people to do it this way and they are an accounting software. This seems like it should be such an easy thing to fix. I covered my butt though and got everything in writing. Am talking to an attorney about them putting in writing that I should just make up a random EIN for us and file it that way.
