I appreciate your response and advice, however, it's just a home office and I don't store any credit card numbers. The old way worked better for me and my Ultra Small Business (USB).
The new way should be a user choice because it is causing my QuickBooks to not get backed up.
Technically, I just as well go back to backing it up to my jump drive which required me thinking about doing one.
Much like, now I need to think about closing my company file in order for an automatic backup to be ran successfully.
Yip! That's what I'm going to do, you fixed it! You're the man!!
I'm going back to my old way. I can run those manually without closing my company file (at least I used to be able to; we shall see).
