Hi there, Jesus m81. I am here to help you with the charge you received.

If you want to confirm whether the charges on your account are from Intuit or QuickBooks, you can use the Look up a charge  tool to search for a charge in any of the QuickBooks products, such as QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Enterprise, QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Self-Employed, QuickBooks Online Payroll, QuickBooks Time, and QuickBooks Checks & Supplies.

In case you find out that the charges are not from Intuit, it means that they are not from QuickBooks. In such a scenario, I recommend that you reach out to your bank and Crunch Fitness support to inquire about the charges and ask for assistance in resolving the issue. They have the necessary tools and expertise to guide you on how to proceed and resolve your concern.

In addition, you can also check this article to learn how to spot suspicious activities, fake emails, or anything that can potentially cause harm to your business: Identify suspicious activity, phishing scams, and potential fraud.

Don't hesitate to reach out to us if you have further questions about handling fraudulent charges in QuickBooks. Please know that we're determined to resolve any concerns you have. Take care.
