I did contact support tech and she was using glance to help. After setting the computer in Selective start and other methods, it still did not work. She gave up and disconnected our remote access and hung up the phone. I am now at my whits end and will be contacting my credit card company to let them stop my annual subscription payment! So far I have over 7 hours wasted in trying to install QB 2023 on my laptop.
