Contacting the QB customer support has been the most difficult and infuriating experience I have had in a very long time. Isn't there a simple solution to purchasing QB Desktop 2024 without going through the hassle of talking to 4 different people who barely speak english and don't understand a very simple request or making a purchase online, like I have done countless times over the past 30 years of using this product??? If there is not a desktop version I can purchase, download and use for years without having to spend hundreds of dollars every year for a bunch of "updates" and "added features" that I do not need and do not use, then I need a new software - immediately.
