For now, QuickBooks Desktop doesn't have a specific badge for Trainer Certification. You can take the QuickBooks Desktop self-paced training exam and receive a certificate badge from QuickBooks Online Accountant. Here's how:

1. Sign up for a free QuickBooks Online Accountant file.
2. Choose ProAdvisor from the YOUR PRACTICE menu.
3. Click on Training & Certification in the top toolbar.
4. Open the Training for QuickBooks Online Certification drop-down menu. Then, select QuickBooks Desktop Training and Certification.

Where did you screenshot the badge image?

After completing my Desktop Certification I download a Zip file that contained my certificate, my Desktop ProAdvisor Badge, and a PDF with brand guidelines. The PDF mentioned that the Trainer Badge is one of the badges available to ProAdvisors.

You should have a thumbs down and reject solution button.  I shared a screenshot of the badge I'm referring to.  I've seen it before.  So why are you telling me it doesn't exist.

You can also request a reissue of your certificate by sending an email.

Here's how:

1. Create an email with the following info:

• Your first and last name.
• Email address used to register for the event.
• Date of the event.
• Course title of the training session you attended.

1. Send the email to the training session you took part in.

• QuickBooks ProAdvisor: accountant_training@intuit.com
• Intuit Accountants: pcgtraining@intuit.com

After three business days, if you don't get a response, check your junk or spam folder. If there's none, you can reach our Customer Care team.
