These steps didn't fix my issue after installing QB Desktop on my new Dell laptop with Windows 11. After alot of research and doing what the 'experts' (aka QB) said to do, my Dell system told me I needed to install an updated XPS document driver. I did and TADA!! the QB pdf function now works!
