I have QB Pro Plus. I had transferred over to a new computer. When I did there was an issue with creating PDF files for invoices. I couldn't print, save or email them. When I called QB Tech support they said they no longer supported the desktop version and I had to upgrade to QBO
Your new machine is running on Win 11, correct? Tech Support was disingenuous when they said Pro Plus was outdated. I am not surprised by this practice.
