Please know that our engineers are working hard on the issue after updating to Operating System (OS) Sonoma in the succeeding patches. If you're experiencing the same concern, I recommend contacting Live Support to help you find a fix and investigate in real time. Here's how:

 

  1. Open this link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/help/en-us/contact-us.
  2. Select QuickBooks for Mac and click Continue.
  3. Type in your concern and then hit Continue.
  4. Pick Chat or Callback.

They're available weekdays from 6 AM to 6 PM PT.
