I understand you're experiencing quantity disappearing when converting estimate to invoice, Messer.
You could be experiencing a browser-related issue. To sort this out, let's perform basic troubleshooting steps. Start by opening a private browser or an incognito window on your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. Based on your browser type, please refer to the keyboard shortcuts below:
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: Command + Shift + N
After this, go back to your regular browser and clear the browser's cache so the system can restart. Clearing the cache will reboot the system, allowing you to work with a clean slate.
If the issue persists, I recommend contacting our customer support team. Here's how:
- Log in to your QBO account.
- Click the Help button at the top right corner.
- Go to the Search tab, then select Contact Us.
- Enter a brief discussion of your concern, then click Continue.
- Choose to Have us call you to connect with us.
Our customer support schedule for Plus, Essentials, and Simple Start users is from Monday to Friday, 6 AM to 6 PM PT, and Saturdays from 6 AM to 3 PM PT. If you are using the Advanced version, assistance is accessible 24/7.
