Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Click the Help (?) icon at the top right.
  3. Select or type Contact Us.
  4. Enter your concern, then select Let's talk.
  5. Click Have us call you or Chat with us.

 

Their support hours for Plus, Essentials, and Simple Start are Monday to Friday 6 AM to 6 PM PT, and Saturday 6 AM to 3 PM PT. Then, for the Advanced, any time, any day

 

You might want to update the card on file, change your subscription, or just view our billing history, you can read this article: Manage billing, payment, and subscription info in QuickBooks Online.
