Thanks for joining the thread, @jennifer867.

I can see how these options would help you in searching specific transactions in QuickBooks. Thus, I'll take note of this as a suggestion to improve your experience in the program.

You can also personally send feedback to our developers with regard to adding All dates in the Date drop-down list. They can review your request and most likely include them in future updates. Here's how:

  1. Go to Settings and select Feedback.
  2. Enter your comments or product suggestions. Then, click Next to submit feedback.

Your valuable feedback goes to our Product Development team to help improve your experience in QuickBooks Online. You can track feature requests through the QuickBooks Online Feature Requests website.

If you're unable to see the Go to classic Advanced Search after following the steps above, let's open your account in a private window. Doing this will help us check if there's an issue with your regular browser.

  • Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome).
  • Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox ).
  • Control + Option + P (Safari).

If it works, let's clear your browser's cache to delete temporarily stored files and free some space on your browser. You can also use other supported, up-to-date browsers to be thorough.

Once you're on the Classic Advanced Search window, you'll have the option to select Line Description and Memo in the drop-down list.
