I understand the importance of changing your phone number, @Wendy. I have steps to do this.

 

We can use the Account recovery form since you no longer have access to the previous phone number. Rest assured that we'll process your request within one business day (M- F, 8 AM to 5 PM PT).

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Take a high-quality photo or scan of your driver's license, state ID, passport, or notarized document.
  2. Fill out the form below with your info, and upload your ID or document.
  3. Within one business day, look for an email from no_response@intuit.com with the next steps. If we approve your request, you'll receive a link to reset your password.

If you need further assistance, I recommend contacting our support team. They can safely check your account and assist with your request using the necessary tools.

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select the Help (?) menu.
  3. Choose the Assistant tab.
  4. Click the Talk to a human option
  5. Tap Get help from a human.
  6. Pick either Chat with us or Have us call you button.
