Hello,
I understand the importance of switching from a new to the old layout of your invoice.
For some users, they cannot go back to the old layout even though they have the option to go back. If you are one of the users who experienced this issue, I recommend sending feedback to our Developer Team. This will allow them to review your request and potentially include it in the next program update.
Here's how:
- Go to the Gear icon at the top right corner of your screen.
- From there, select Feedback under the Profile column.
- Please provide a summary of the feature you want to request.
- Click Next, once you are ready.
