Hi AbigailS at Intuit QuickBooks Team. 2019 does the job and works just fine for me. Do not need more than 2019 offers. It just does the job. You must be sales and not support as you are doing nothing except trying to upsell your software instead of helping users like me that are fine and happy with how their current software does the job.
FYI, All you Macintosh Desktop software versions were developed before MacOS Sonoma was released and ALL HAD PROBLEMS. And all of your versions had “challenges running smoothly on it”. Stop selling and start supporting you users. We are the ones that got Intuit to where it is today. You guys never acknowledge this very important point!
Finally, engineering knew you had problems before it was released and did not give your users a heads up that there were initial problems with Sonoma. That is on you, not your users!
