The old layout option is GONE. This happened last week a tech joined my computer remotely and couldnt find it or fix it. I opened a ticket and waited 2 days for them to fix it.
It is so beyond frustrating..why do they keep forcing change...it is so time consuming.
I have attempted to work with the new format but am unable to add lines in the middle of an invoice. The dots where you usually click on turn to a hand and you are unable to add lines.
I have wasted hours on this.
