Yes, it's very confusng. I need to go back in for my 2022 taxes and 2019 won't work with Mac OS Sonoma so I spent 6 hours including a hard sales pitch for the $500/yr "new" online solution. I pulled out an old Mac that had the 2019 on it, but it crashed too. Finally I found an Intuit site that had the 2023 desktop download which I was able to put on Sonoma and upgrade my 2019 files (whew!). This temporary license gives me 15 opens of the software, but where do I buy it? The sales guy I talked to on Friday would only sell me the online version. Is that because he makes a bigger commission? He was pretty pushy on selling me on premium.
