I appreciate you following the troubleshooting steps provided by my colleague. However, it seems that the advanced search feature is still not functioning as expected. I suggest reaching out to our QuickBooks Online Support Team for further assistance. They have the expertise to investigate this issue in more detail, identify any underlying causes, and work towards finding a resolution.

 

Here's how:

  1. Click Help (?).
  2. Then Click Contact Us at the bottom part.
  3. Fill in your concern inside the box. Then hit continue.
  4. Select from the following: Have us call you, or Chat with us.

 

I'd like to add this future article if you have plans on importing multiple invoices in one go: Import multiple invoices at once in QuickBooks Online.
