Well maybe you guys shouldn’t hold peoples account info at ransom for an exorbitant rate to switch from desktop versions to online.   Shame on you intuit.  18 years a loyal customer to be abandoned and left for dead.  An 2019 user here that refuses to be dragged across the coals for your “new” subscription based model. 3 plus hours on phone to be ignored and not replied to.  

all I get is a “suggest you migrate to qb online” we aren’t providing a fix for 2019.
