One possible reason is that you have accumulated too much historical data from your browser. It causes discrepancies that affect the view and performance of your QuickBooks. It might be why it's not working on your end.
To verify, you can open your QuickBooks Online account on an incognito window to help us determine if this is a browser-related issue. Feel free to use either of these keyboard shortcuts:
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: Shift + Ctrl + P
- Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N
Then, try to search for transactions again, but you can add filters this time. If it works, you can return to your original browser and clear its cache to start fresh. You can also use another supported, up-to-date browser to narrow down the results.
