I was extremely grateful to discover this thread. I was panicking thinking I was going to have to spend $1000 for another QB Desk Pro disc. As soon as I deleted FedEx Ship Manager my QB 2019 stopped freezing. Thank you Thank you Thank you!!!!!!!
