To get you in the loop on the latest updates on the issue, I encourage you to contact our Customer Care Team. This way, they'll add you to the list of affected users and notify you via email of the resolution updates. Here's how:
- Go to the Help menu and select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
- Next, click Contact Us.
- From there, enter a brief description of your concern.
- Next, select Continue.
- Sign in to your Intuit account and select Continue and then Continue with my account.
- You'll receive a single-use code. Enter it and select Continue.
- Select to Chat with us or Have us call you.
