If you're using the old invoice layout, let's go over some basic troubleshooting steps to resolve your concern. When there's too much data stored data in your browser, it can cause unusual responses in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
To start, sign in to your account in incognito mode, which does not save browsing history and runs much faster. Here are the shortcut keys to open one:
- Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: press Command + Shift +N
Once logged in, try printing a packing slip. If you can print one smoothly, clear the cache and cookies of your regular browser to optimize its overall performance. You can utilize a supported browser if the issue persists.
