Just to let you know, Intuit Quickbooks had that same policy, unlimited Charts of Accounts and unlimited Classes when I purchased the QBO Plus Subscription product, UNTIL NOW. So remaining silent on that might be a great legal move so that they can come up with may be something like Advanced Plus Subscription and force more money out of their 6,000,000 quickbooks subscribers worldwide.
It would seem that Intuit Quickbooks wanted more revenue so they removed these 2 features from the PLUS version, created an ADVANCED subscription, and now you have to pay them $1800 per year instead of $720. That is a great business model. So far Intuit or their team members have been SILENT why Intuit Quickbooks turned to extorsion against their existing client base, forcing them to upgrade to the new Advanced subscription on April 10, 2019 just to keep the features they originally purchased. Better companies would typically provide new and better features that would be an incentive for subscribers to upgrade to on their own without this type of financial damage and extortion.
Do you have an explanation why Intuit is able to get away with stealing features from a product I've purchased with those features years ago other than greed?
