While the investigation is still ongoing, I recommend contacting support to have your name added to the affected users in the list. To start:
- Open QuickBooks.
- Go to Help, then select QuickBooks Help.
- Select Contact Us.
- Enter a short description of your concern, then Continue.
- Choose a way to connect with support.
On the other hand, upgrading to QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) for Mac 2024 is currently available to our Accountants Group only. We have not yet made it available to the general population. Instead, we have specifically released it to our Accountant Group, enabling them to familiarize themselves with it ahead of our official launch. If you have an accountant version, you can log in to CAMPs directly to download and obtain their license/product numbers.
