You realize that we're not going to get past step 1 "Open QuickBooks" right? Please tell me your team is reading these messages and grasps the situation. For many of us, when we open QB (2019 - 2023) we are getting the spinning wheel - this has nothing to do with whether or not the company screen is open (shift start). Our customer data is held hostage in your software, software we paid for. We can't invoice (which many of us do end of month) or keep our books which results in hours or back-work. We paid to go from QB 2018 to 2021 and not an upgrade fee - the full license fee - and we just want the software to work. You blamed Apple, but my other apps all work fine (office, adobe, et al). We're already upset and asking us to do more - even things that frankly aren't possible - is off-putting to say the least.
