@sha66y The Check for QuickBooks Updates is also available from the No Company Open window. You do not need a company file open to access. Updates will also be available from the Downloads page.
Reach out to support by going to Contact Us. Answer a few questions and there will be call and chat options. Screen share with support and they'll troubleshoot with you and notify us of the results.
