So if it helps this thread, I spent an hour on the phone with a QBO help rep. She had no idea any of this was happening and spent most of the time doing the research. In the end, she found no solution, so she reduced our QBO subscription rate for 12 months to make up for the fact that we have to use a 3rd-party import tool at $15/mo to import invoices. Onward I guess.
