I'm not sure what other software would be better. I know that Oracle is even worse. I think QB desktop gives you more control but I haven't used it in years. If you are setup for the account role in QuickBooks you can undo a reconciliation. You just can't use the same email address. Search Hector Garcia CPA on YouTube.
