@JaeAnnC thank you so much for this! It seems like I need to make the move to QuickBooks Desktop then. But, isn't that backwards? I thought you guys were trying to move away from the Desktop versions to Online only (eventually). Second part to my question: will I be able to move my online account data to desktop? I know it can be done the other way around.
