Thanks for bringing this to our attention, everyone. I'm here to address your issue about revoked certification in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT).

I've reviewed my resources and found a matching investigation into this matter. Upon checking, it has come to light that the problem stems from an expired application certification. Don't worry. Our technical team is diligently addressing this by updating the certificates in a new installer and making every effort to resolve the issue.

For now, I recommend reaching out to our customer service team so they can include you in the list of affected users. This way, you'll receive email updates about the developments of the investigation. To do that:

  1. Go to the Help menu and click QuickBooks Help.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Provide a brief description of your concern, and click Continue.
  4. Log in to your Intuit account, select Continue, then Continue with my account.
  5. Enter the single-use code you received in your email and hit Continue.
  6. Choose between Chat with us or Have us call you.

Additionally, refer to the Manage an app section in this article if you require assistance viewing and making changes to applications in the Web Connector: Set up QuickBooks Web Connector.
