Alright. So far, tons of fun. I have done a full uninstall/re-install of QB Desktop. Same problem continues. I was able to find a common error in the logs each time the user attempts to switch company files, and that is ntdll.dll. Looks to be some kind of heap error, so a possible memory leak when attempting to switch company files. I have made sure the program is updated to the latest version available of QuickBooks Desktop 2022, but the problem continues. Running a full sfc /scannow and dism scan and repair. I'll let you know if those do anything.
In the meantime, any ideas?
