Other questions
I appreciate you pointing out how some of the content might have been perceived as unprofessional; perhaps maintaining more political correctness while posting content in this community might be a much better approach. I can certainly see your point, your two cents are greatly appreciated.
Going back to the original point of this post, now I'm curious, if you don't mind me asking, I apologize in advance if I'm intruding. Would you be willing to share your opinion or views to this community on the new scheduled price hike and the removal of features once offered and sold to the existing base of subscribers/users ?
Intuit themselves do not seem to follow the level of great professionalism you are seeking. The post by @WCadmin is extraordinarily well written, and very professional I might add. I'm quoting that post that describes this price hike and the removal of features once sold to us by Intuit: "absolute extortion of your installed base of subscribers. Shame on you!"
Perfect statement to the incendiary news Intuit gave us, loyal subscribers.
For those clients that are not all that familiar with this post, the existing clients subscribed to the QBO Plus subscription, which it was always adversided to include unlimited classes and unlimited charts of accounts at $720 per year, will now have to upgrade to the Advanced Subscription at $1800 per year, or else will lose the functionality Intuit sold with their original Plus subscription.
Did Intuit act very professional like you would have expected? Their behavior seem rather harsh, or "rude" to they existing client base of that product. Should we reciprocate with the same level of professionalism? Have they earned the respect?
I think I was able to express my point it in a more productive manner, I can't wait to hear from the Intuit Team...
Case in point. Intuit's news post in this issue, dated Feb 8, 2019 "QuickBooks Online Usage Limits Changing":
