Besides the same message in multiple threads, I'd assume you were also banned because of your behavior and incendiary posts including, but not limited to threatening legal action. Everyone is open to express their opinions on these posts but you're still expected to maintain a certain level of professionalism. It's no different than if you were interacting with someone face to face.
And while yes this IS the United States and not Russia or North Korea, you can express your frustration, anger, even hatred of a product or service without being rude to other members of the community. These simple rules are in the community terms of use and others seem to have no trouble abiding by them but still venting their frustration.

Here's an example of someone whose also frustrated and they even agree with you, yet they're able to express it in a more productive manner and to my knowledge, they weren't banned.
