Currently, there is an ongoing investigation about being unable to remove the unnecessary invoice email message (INV-91259) in QBO. Rest assured, our Engineering Team is aware of this and is working diligently to resolve it.
While we're unable to provide exact dates for when this issue will be fixed, I encourage you to contact our Customer Care Team. They will request your contact details to include you on the list of affected users. Once you're on the list, we'll send you an email notification once the issue is resolved.
Here's how:
- Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
- Click the ? Help button at the top right corner.
- Go to the Search tab, then select Contact Us.
- Enter a brief discussion with your concern, then click Continue.
- Choose a way to connect with us.
