Our QuickBooks representative won't call you unless you initiate a callback request from the Help menu of your program. To protect your security and privacy, here's how you can report this:
- Head to this link: https://security.intuit.com/.
- Next, click the Contact Us button.
- Then, scroll down and look for Report technical support scams section and select it.

Please know that encountering fraud isn't what we want for you because your security is what we value. Since Community is a public forum, we're unable to pull up your account information here. That said, it's best to contact our Customer Support Team so they can examine your account and billing records and build a case for further investigation.
Here's how:
- Go to the Help (?) icon at the top.
- On the Assistant tab, click Talk to a human.
- Enter your concern in the Type something field, then click the Send icon.
- Click on I still need a human.
- Choose the Get help from a human button.
- Select Chat with us or Have us call you.
