- My Quickbooks version shows Desktop Pro Plus 2023 Release R5P (64-bit), Activated, R5_9 (by the way, calling in to tech support, they didn't check this)
- I was directed instead, rather than going to the Quickboosk-internal Update function - to proceed to this URL and click on "Get the latest updates" (btw, your forum messaging insert/edit image function is broken; it says "You must be signed in to add attachments" - but I AM signed in...)
- Zero clue why any priormoderator / responder to this thread wouldn't suggest the "Get the latest updates" function, unless the phone support guy was just trying to throw me a bone and get rid of me.
