Some tech support... After hours on the phone, i found out that quickbooks updated 07/10/23. This severely screwed up my business.. No one could tell me what to do, but then i found the following help thread. On a side note, the "update" is no longer compatible with my FOUR business cell phones because they made it so android version 8.1 cannot run the app. One of my employees deleted the app and tried to reinstall as fix. Guess what? It can't be reinstalled.. Thanks quickbooks! This cost me about six hours of my time and i'll likely have to buy four new cell phones. PLEASE TELL THE DEVELOPERS TO SEND ME A WAY TO DOWNLOAD THE VERSION THAT CAN RUN ON ANDROID 8.1.
