Dear Quickbooks Team,

 

I find it terribly arrogant of the Quickbooks Team to assume that my books are full of accounts and classes that I undoubtedly no longer need and should make inactive in order to meet the arbitrary limits you have imposed on my subscription that had no limits when I purchased it.  To think it's consolation that I "can continue on my same subscription...I just can't add any new accounts or classes...ever."  Apparently, the Quickbooks Team has never kept books before.  As many of your loyal subscribers whom "are important to you" have already expressed, this is absolute extortion of your installed base of subscribers.  Shame on you!
