I understand you need to remove pop-ups in QuickBooks Desktop, @lawn. I'll share the steps to submit feedback.
If you are tired of seeing the same messages and would like to turn off pop-ups in QuickBooks Desktop, although these notices can often serve as helpful reminders, some users are working with QuickBooks for a while may already know the ins and outs. Follow these steps to eliminate this feature.
- Open a company file
- Go to Edit. Then, Preferences.
- From the Preferences window, select General on the left column
- Go to the My Preferences tab
- Check the box next to Turn off pop-up messages for products and services.
If you are using QuickBooks Online, we can also turn off the pop-up blockers within the browser that you are using. Please choose the browser and follow the steps to remove the pop-ups.
Furthermore, I would suggest you send a request to our product developer. This way, they can consider adding it to the next program update.

- Hover your mouse over the menu and choose the Help button.
- Select Send Feedback Online.
- Then click the Product Suggestion.
