I understand you need to remove pop-ups in QuickBooks Desktop, @lawn. I'll share the steps to submit feedback.

If you are tired of seeing the same messages and would like to turn off pop-ups in QuickBooks Desktop, although these notices can often serve as helpful reminders, some users are working with QuickBooks for a while may already know the ins and outs. Follow these steps to eliminate this feature.

  1. Open a company file
  2. Go to Edit. Then, Preferences.
  3. From the Preferences window, select General on the left column
  4. Go to the My Preferences tab
  5. Check the box next to Turn off pop-up messages for products and services.

If you are using QuickBooks Online, we can also turn off the pop-up blockers within the browser that you are using. Please choose the browser and follow the steps to remove the pop-ups.

Furthermore, I would suggest you send a request to our product developer. This way, they can consider adding it to the next program update.

Here's how:

  1. Hover your mouse over the menu and choose the Help button.
  2. Select Send Feedback Online.
  3. Then click the Product Suggestion.

Additionally, here's how to submit feedback to our product developer in the QuickBooks Online version: How to submit feedback?
