Hi there, @gatehealing.
I understand the need to migrate from QuickBooks Desktop 2020 to QuickBooks Online. I'll address your questions one by one to ensure you choose the plan that best suits your need.
For your first question, you can import the desktop for Mac files into QuickBooks Online. Just make sure to condense your file if it contains more than 350,000. I'll show you how:
- Sign in to your QuickBooks Desktop file as the admin.
- Select File, Export, and then To QuickBooks Online or use the keyboard shortcut Shift + Command + D).
- Press Get Started.
- Click Export all your company file data or Export specific data.
- If you use inventory, you can choose whether you want to move inventory or not.
- If you already have a QuickBooks Online account select Yes, sign me in, and enter the credentials.
- If you don't have a QuickBooks Online account, select No, I need to create a new one and create a new account.
- Select the QuickBooks Online company to move your data to, then select Continue.
The Bank Feeds setup doesn't move to QuickBooks Online. It includes being unable to download transactions, send online payments, or online transfers. This is because QuickBooks Desktop 2020 is no longer supported.
Therefore, you cannot download bank and credit card transactions into QuickBooks Online. You'll want to consider contacting its Support Team for assistance in setting up and transferring your data. Rest assured we'll do what we can to help you get back to business.

Visit this page for the plans and pricing: Intuit QuickBooks. Features, discounts, and FAQs are shown there.
If you'd like to import transactions manually, refer to this article: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.
