I'm here to help you reset your password in QuickBooks Desktop. This way, you can get back to your business as quickly as possible.
If you're having trouble logging in as an administrator to your company file, please follow the steps below:
- Open your QuickBooks Desktop.
- Click the I forgot my password link.
- Fill out the necessary information, like the license number, name, email address, phone number, and ZIP code on the form.
- Review the information, then select OK. You'll get a code to the primary email listed in your CAMPS.
- Once done, QuickBooks will guide you through creating a new admin password.
If it doesn't work, double-check your info. Check for any typos and confirm the info matches with what's in CAMPS. You can also utilize the Automated Password Reset tool.
If it's a user password, please request the administrator's assistance in resolving the issue.
