Hello, LynnMStone.
I appreciate you coming to the Community and sharing your thoughts on this matter. I want to assure you that your loyalty and business is important to me.
After much time and consideration, Intuit has released the new QBO Advanced product with upgraded features to help you help your clients. Some of these new features included smart reporting, the ability to import invoices, a personal Success Manager, online training, etc. Along with the original feature you know, these new items will allow to work quickly and efficiently. This link will take you to the QuickBooks Online Plus and Advanced comparison where you can view all the details and pricing options: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/accounting/advanced/.
If you're concerned about the new usage limits, I'm glad to report that if you're currently over the limit for any accounts, billable users, or classes, nothing will change. The difference here being you wouldn't be able to make one of these items inactive then active again, or add anything new to these groups. You can view your current usage in QBO by:
1. Clicking the Gear icon in the top right corner.
2. Select Account and Settings.
3. Choose Usage.
You can find out more about the usage limits by following this link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/community/Help-Articles/What-are-usage-limits-in-QuickBooks-Online/m-p....
I wish you and your business continued success. You can always feel free to reach out to me here if you have any other questions. Take care.
