@BettyJaneB I don't envy you your job.
I calmly agree with @Upset User that Intuit is throwing their customers under the bus and I think they're going to regret this. I have been a very loyal Intuit fan for decades, but this takes all the wind out of my sails. I promised my clients they could trust QBO and they made the switch from Desktop. Now I feel like I sold them out. I no longer trust that Intuit has my back or cares about me or my practice at all.
