Our settings were set not to allow any mismatched information on our desktop pos v20 and we had approximately 40,000.00 of fraudulent charges over a 3 week period to n February of 2022.  We were not notified of any fraudulent attempts or mismatches and no flags were triggered on the account. We did not get notification other than that the payment were being disputed by customers AFTER the fact. Our settings were allowed to override the system manually. WHY?
